WoW Power Leveling Guide Review
Wednesday, December 31st, 2008We have posted lots of articles on wow power leveling guide,so today let’s have a general review.
Having been a hardcore gamer of world of warcraft since the beginning I have seen and tried probably most if not all of the various wow powerleveling guides out there. From Joanas Horde Leveling Guide to Brian Kopp Alliance Guide to Zygors Leveling Guide. The problem is however while a lot of sites pump these guides as being the best thing since sliced bread, most people will find in fact that these so called ultimate world of warcraft power leveling guides are not exactly what they are cracked out to be.
Sure they have great information and do their best at showing the reader the fastest possible way to speed level in world of warcraft they all lack one crucial element. Efficiency. It’s for the reason I decided to sit down and write a no holds barred ultimate wow powerleveling guide review.
Let’s start off with the main problem with both Joanas Horde Leveling guide and the Brian Kopp Alliance Guide. Both of these guides tend to view the world of warcraft through the vantage of one character type. Let’s take Joanas Horde leveling guide as an example. The whole guide is based around being an Orc or Troll Hunter. Ok this is great if you want to play this character class but happens if I want to follow along the guide as it claims as say an Undead mage. Ok, here’s what happens. If you want to follow along with Joanas Horde wow power leveling guide as an undead mage you would have to run all the way from the starting zone over to Brill, wait for the zeppelin to take you over to the other side of the world, if your lucky you won’t have to wait but usually you’ll be sitting here 10 minutes or so to hitch a ride. Then once over to where near Org is your still going to have to run all the way down to Durator. This whole journey could run you 30-45 minutes alone. This in my opinion lands up being a huge waste of time by WOW power leveling. Compare this to the guy that starts off as an Orc or Troll hunter at the same time as our undead mage and by the time you arrive down there our Orc Hunter is now at least level 5 or more, a huge disadvantage. The Brian Kopp Alliance guide is no different, it starts from the same assumed idea of class and race.
Next we come to Zygors world of warcraft power leveling guide. While it may be better in terms of flexibility which race and class you can start with it still isn’t efficient. Why? Take a look at the common play style for most people playing along with an ultimate wow powerleveling guide. When you get stuck in a certain zone you tend to Alt+Tab over to the guide find what you need then Alt+tab back into the game and carry on. While this may only take anywhere some 30-60 secs and may not seem like a lot of time, add this up over the course of say 20 levels and you can easily see how this can amount to a huge amount of wasted time.
Thanks to the development of different mods, mod developers have now taken those elements which are of value from this popular speed wow power leveling guides and interacted them into map mod that can sit right inside the game. No more wasted time alt tabbing, everything is very streamlined for each race and class. When I first came across this I thought wow finally a true WOW powerleveling guide. I put it to the test and powered my way through the game. By using an in-game wow power speed leveling guide I shaved almost 2 FULL days of of my last speed leveling run through. Incredible. This definitely makes those older guides like Joanas Horde leveling guide, Brian Kopp alliance guide and leveling guide obsolete.
Ok,it is the end of the reviewof world of warcraft power leveling guide,we have more wonderful guides for you, wish to see you tomorrow.
